International Orders Terms & Conditions

Nail Glue Information:

Due to restrictions with international shipping, I cannot send you any kind of liquid glue with your nail set. Your nails will come with a full prep kit including extra sticky glue tabs, minus the liquid glue. I recommend makartt liquid or brush on glue which you can find on amazon. 

Shipping Info & Processing Times:

All press on nail orders are made to order, specifically for you. This means that processing times are a minimum of 5-7 business days from your order being placed as I need time to make your nail set. Below are the processing times of different products but please ask if you have any questions about this!

Sizing kits & ready to ship sets: 2-3 business days
Solid colour sets & wearable sizing kits: 5-7 business days
All other nail sets: 7-10 business days

Returns & Refunds:

As all press on nail sets are made to order to your custom sizing, colour and shape preference I cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any press on nail orders unless they are incorrect or damaged.

I am not responsible for your nail sizing and cannot refund nail sets if they do not fit.

Mystery sets cannot be refunded if you don't like the design.

Sizing kits are returnable only if they are unopened and in their original condition.

Customs Fees, Tariffs & Additional Charges:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, tariffs or other import charges. I am not responsible for any additional charges you may be asked to pay and Nails By Kirst will not pay any import, tariff or any other fees you may incur. These are your responsibility to pay.
